About Us

Innsbruck Records Studio is located in a tony Hudson Valley enclave overlooking the Hudson River, Mount Beacon and two miles from Main Street in storied Beacon, NY (home of Town Crier). Designed by Maria Infantine and Roman Klun, Innsbruck Records Studio offers modern interior and acoustical design, inspired by a combined 40+ years of experience in New York City, Boston and Hamilton, Ontario. With the Metro-North train conveniently boarding from Grand Central Station, NYC to Beacon on an hourly schedule, it’s an inspiring ride along the Hudson River. By vehicle, the recording studio is minutes from I-84 and Taconic Parkway, or conveniently located near the Hudson Regional and Stewart International Airports or car service available from JFK and LaGuardia.

The control room / production house is designed for the modern age providing blended top technologies for artists, engineers and producers; the drum room is layered with custom acoustic panels to attain a warm rich sound, the artist lounge has all the coffee accoutrement with a nod toward a hip cafe; and the vocal booth transforms sessions as needed for classic, pop, hip hop and jazz sensibilities. The piano room features a gorgeous Steinway ‘B’ Grand and there is a fully outfitted recording room for guitarists and bassists. Full equipment list available upon request.

Noted as a forward leaning Mix Engineer, Mastering Engineer, Producer, Songwriter and Beat Producer, Roman Klun (our head engineer) is also recognized by the A.E.S. RK has also completed four full-length solo records with notable success, charting at #3 on British Columbia radio. As an experienced songwriter and musician, RK has also shared the live stage with The Band 3, The Pete Levin Trio, The Joan Osborne band and has opened for the Legendary and 2X Grammy Award winner Levon Helm of “The Band” at the celebrated Midnight Ramble in Woodstock, NY.

Roman is currently mixing, producing, writing for A-List pop artists and immersed in acoustic design/installation work for performing arts centers and stadiums.

Booking

  • There is a 4-hour minimum requirement for booking the studio.  Day rates are based on an 8 hour day with an additional 30 minute grace period for lunch/dinner.
  • All sessions booked require a 50% deposit in advance.
  • Major labels holding an account with the studio will need to issue a PO to hold the studio time.
  • Cancellation fees will apply without 48 hour notice for studio time and piano tuning.
  • There is an additional fee for piano tuning and any other keyboard instruments which may require tuning for the session.
    • (Note: An additional $40 printing fee will be added for sessions that require extensive printing of music scores/music charts).
  • No files or media will be released until entire invoice is paid in full.
  • We accept payment in the form of cash, check, Paypal, Venmo & Zelle.
