The control room / production house is designed for the modern age providing blended top technologies for artists, engineers and producers; the drum room is layered up with custom acoustic panels to attain a warm rich sound, the artist lounge has all the coffee accoutrement with a nod toward a hip cafe; and the vocal booth transforms the sessions for classic, pop and hip hop sensibilities. The final piece de resistance will be the piano room featuring a Steinway grand and a ‘creative writing’ room for artists to chill or write out charts.
